This page explains how the current Florya Obesity Center website handles information.

Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not receive or store the fields you enter. Your email provider will process the message according to its own privacy terms.

Sensitive information

Do not include urgent or highly sensitive medical information in a first email. If you later share health information for an assessment, ask the patient team how it will be stored, accessed and retained.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the preference notice. We do not enable advertising storage or ad personalisation. Your choice is saved in your browser. Essential hosting and security processing may still occur to deliver the website.
